Jenielle says: “Dancing is so much fun, and it's also a great workout! It's one of the best ways to get in shape, and it gives you an excuse to be out on the dance floor all night long. And if you're single, dancing is an amazing way to meet new people.”

Walking is the work of the feet, and dancing is their pleasure.

South African dance champion Jenielle Solomons will be there to entertain you and show you what made her one of South Africa’s top dance performers.

Jenielle says: “Learning to dance can be one of the most rewarding experiences in your life. Whether you're just looking to meet new people or you're hoping to get more out of a night out with friends, salsa dancing is a great way to have fun while getting fit!”

Here are a few reasons why learning salsa dancing is the best thing you could do for yourself:

  1. It's easy! The first thing that makes salsa so fun is that it's really not hard at all. With its basic steps, if you've been able to walk in a straight line without falling down, then you can do this dance!

  2. It's social! Learning how to salsa can help you connect with others on a whole new level—not only does it get people moving, but it also helps them interact with each other in ways they never thought possible before joining our class!

  3. It's energising! Dancing gets your blood pumping and releases endorphins into your system which makes you feel happier and more energetic throughout the day while reducing stress levels too!
